Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Skydive City, Inc. (“Skydive City,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you contact us by phone, by text message, through our online booking form, or in person at our Zephyrhills, Florida dropzone.

Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide when booking (name, email, phone number, emergency contact).
• Reservation details (date, jump type, group size, payment confirmation from our booking provider).
• Voice-call audio with our office line. Calls are recorded for training, dispatch, and customer-service purposes. An automated voice receptionist may answer when our office staff are unavailable and process your request.
• SMS messages you send to our business number, and the booking-related text replies we send back.

How We Use Your Information

• To confirm and manage your reservation.
• To answer your questions about jumps, pricing, hours, weather, and weight policies.
• To send you the booking link by text when you ask for it on a call, when you text us first, or when you check the SMS-consent box on our online booking form.
• To send you booking confirmations and weather updates.
• To comply with our legal and safety obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging

Skydive City uses SMS (text messaging) to respond to customer inquiries about bookings, jump conditions, pricing, and hours, and to send booking links following a phone call or online reservation.

Phone numbers we collect through our online booking form, our First Jump Course intake at academy.skydivecity.com, our voice line at (800) 888-5867, our office line at (813) 783-9399, or through inbound text messages are used solely to send these SMS replies and booking follow-ups. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, SMS content, or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages described in this section.

How you consent to receive SMS:

• By checking the SMS-consent box on our First Jump Course intake form at academy.skydivecity.com. Consent is optional — the box is unchecked by default and you can submit the form without checking it. Two separate boxes are available so you can consent to transactional messages (course dates, scheduling, reminders) without consenting to promotional messages, and vice versa.
• By checking the SMS-consent box on the “Add Participants” step of our tandem-booking form at bookings.burblesoft.com/index/53/18.
• By verbally agreeing during a phone call to our business line when our AI receptionist asks “Would you like me to text you the booking link?”
• By texting our business number first, which is itself consent to an automated reply about your inquiry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can decline SMS and still book jumps, request First Jump Course information, or contact us by phone.

Opt-out, help, and message rates: Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@skydivecity.com or (800) 888-5867. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our reservations and communications (our booking provider Burble, our SMS provider Twilio, our payment processor). These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and may only use the information to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information.

Your Rights

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message or by emailing info@skydivecity.com.
