Acceptance of Terms

By contacting Skydive City, Inc. (“Skydive City,” “we”) by phone, by text message, through our online booking form, or in person, you agree to these Terms of Service. Skydiving is an inherently risky activity. Separate participation and assumption-of-risk agreements signed at the dropzone govern the jump itself; these Terms govern your communications and online interactions with us.

Reservations

Reservations are made through our booking provider at bookings.burblesoft.com/index/53/18. Standard tandem jump pricing, weight policies, and cancellation policies are listed at the time of booking and may change. The instructor and Skydive City retain the right to refuse or modify a jump for safety reasons.

SMS Program Terms

Program: Skydive City runs two SMS programs. (1) A transactional program that sends First Jump Course date confirmations, appointment scheduling, booking links, weather and jump-status updates, and customer-service replies. (2) A promotional program that sends occasional offers, specials, and event announcements. These are separate opt-ins.

How to opt in: Check the SMS box on our First Jump Course intake at academy.skydivecity.com, on our tandem booking form at bookings.burblesoft.com, verbally agree during a call to (800) 888-5867, or text us first at (813) 783-9399. Consent is optional and never a condition of purchase or service.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typical volume is fewer than five messages per month per customer.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Skydive City does not charge for the messages themselves; standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@skydivecity.com or (800) 888-5867.

Carriers:Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider; Twilio’s terms apply to message transmission. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others.

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your phone number and SMS content. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Recorded Calls

Calls to our business line at (800) 888-5867 and to our office line at (813) 783-9399 are recorded for training, dispatch, and customer-service purposes. An automated voice receptionist may answer when our office staff are unavailable; you may at any point ask to speak with a person.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our SMS program or business lines to send harassing, unlawful, or commercial-bulk messages. We may suspend communications with any number that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
